Extraction should preferably be at a temperature of 92°C, with a quantity of 30-33 ml (time taken 20-30 seconds).

 

We recommend using this method to prepare milk drinks:

Extraction should preferably be at a temperature of 92°C, with a quantity of 35-37 ml (time taken 29-35 seconds).

We recommend using this method to prepare filtered drinks:

“20 grams of coffee, 300 ml of water at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius.”

– First batch: moisten 45 ml (wait 35-40 seconds).

– Second batch: continue pouring to 120 ml (wait 15-20 seconds).

– Third batch: top up to 220 ml (wait 15-20 seconds)

Final batch: top up to 300 ml (wait until 3 minutes are up)

Ratio used: 1:15

Grind: medium to coarse
